Great place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I definitely recommend it!

Overall had nice stay for a business trip. Loved my twin room with twin beds. The setting was particularly good and excellent, just off good restaurants, The railwaystation, and bars and restaurants. It also was in a fast food chain cafeteria for a beef lasagna.

Its location is excellent, next to a cafe, interesting shops and the centre of town, I think it's ideal base for one night. Thanks, will be back...

Super comfy bed, clean room, and the breakfast was delicious with good coffee. Only downside was the room felt a bit small for two people. Great spot for walking the Camino too!

Fairly clean venue with exceptionally nice breakfasts and views of city. Quiet, compact room, good Wi-Fi. Huge bathroom. Magnificent and great location, 10 minutes' walk to a Catholic church. Found in the really interesting area very close to a very nice restaurant and the downtown.
Beds were too hard.

There is nothing that we did not like about the hotel, we had a fantastic time. The staff were all extremely efficient and helpful - one even came outside to assist us with the parking meter,

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's rest. The room felt cramped, and I experienced difficulty with the TV and weak Wi-Fi connection. The location was great, offering easy access to restaurants, but improvements in room size and amenities would enhance the experience.

A very nice hotel with a modern style that is located within walking distance from the historic center of Ponferrada (castle etc). The Camino Frances de Santiago (french St. James way) passes only a few blocks from the hotel, which makes it a comfortable stop for pilgrims who prefer proper hotels over hostels (hostals, albergues). The rooms are well- sized, well-equipped and comfortable. We particularly liked the beds, which had very good mattresses (stiff, but still soft) and proper duvets (which we prefer over the bed sheet/blanket combination that is more common in Spain).

The breakfast offered was very very good with juices, yoghurt and also cheese. Location: the hotel was really close to The railwaystation and a shop selling churros in the morning...

Positive, Comfortable bed, clean shower, decent breakfast. Perfect for a one-night stay. For solo travelers, the budget single room is small but well-located with friendly staff. Good vibe for pilgrims looking for a good night's sleep 😊

Proximity to the Camino de Santiago route, walking distance to the train station, modern amenities in clean rooms
Limited private parking could be a bother for travelers!!! Dim lighting in some rooms affects usability. Room sizes can be cramped and not suitable for longer stays!!!

Comfortable stay with a great breakfast
Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The room was pretty small and could use a bit more space for movement.
